Remote Property Monitoring

Know what is happening at a property you cannot visit every day.

Remote property monitoring can combine video, intrusion detection, Internet connectivity and environmental alerts into one supportable system. WireLite builds the technology around how often the property is occupied and how you intend to respond.

Practical service from planning to support.

A remote site benefits from layered monitoring. Cameras confirm what happened. Door, motion, temperature or water sensors can identify events cameras may miss. Cellular or satellite connectivity provides remote access, while local storage protects evidence when the WAN is unavailable.

Remote video surveillance

Use fixed, PTZ, low-light or panoramic cameras selected for the actual monitoring objective.

Alarm and environmental sensing

Add door, motion, water, temperature or other sensors where event detection needs more than video.

LTE/5G or Starlink connectivity

Establish a reliable management path using the best available service for the site.

Local recording and edge resilience

Keep recording at the property when the Internet connection is interrupted.

Remote network management

Configure routers, VPNs, segmentation and support access for a cleaner long-term operating model.

Maintenance and system health

Plan periodic checks for batteries, solar, storage, connectivity, camera cleanliness and firmware status.

Choose the architecture that fits the site.

WireLite is not limited to one camera or connectivity model. The design can combine professional IP cameras, local recording, wireless links, LTE/5G, solar power and satellite service according to distance, bandwidth, power and operating cost.

Seasonal cabin

LTE camera + sensors

Low-complexity visibility and alerting for infrequently occupied property.

Remote yard

NVR + LTE/5G router

Continuous multi-camera recording with remote access.

Large rural site

Starlink + wireless distribution

Higher-capacity WAN feeding multiple cameras, WiFi or operational devices.

Critical entrance

Camera + active deterrence

Combine analytics, speaker/siren and lighting to discourage intrusion after verification.

A clear path from assessment to handover.

WireLite focuses on working systems, clean documentation and configurations that can be supported after installation.

Define the events you care about and who is expected to respond to each type of alert.

Assess the power, Internet, cellular signal and physical security of the remote location.

Design the video, sensors, communications and storage so the components continue to work together during outages.

Commission notifications, user access, retention and a maintenance plan.

Common questions before deployment.

Can the site keep recording if the Internet fails?

Yes, when local NVR or camera edge storage is included. Remote access may be interrupted, but local recording can continue.

Can WireLite combine cameras and alarms?

Yes. A layered design can combine cameras with door, motion, environmental sensors, sirens, strobes or other compatible technologies.

Is Starlink better than cellular for a remote property?

It depends on signal, power budget, bandwidth needs and exposure. Cellular is often lower power; satellite can provide higher capacity where cellular coverage is poor.

Can I monitor more than one property?

Yes. The system can be designed so authorized users can access multiple locations through supported camera, NVR and network platforms.
